Put the policy in now to make a safe working environment. For such a treatment that hasn't been proven to stop transmission how can they apply such policies LoL.
Being an optional choice there shouldn't be any policies.

You do realize there are quite a few vaccines that are already mandatory. If you take a look at those and read the possible side affects not that much difference.
I would suggest that if you really believe these vaccines are a fraud or whatever I have to assume you will refuse any and all medical services going forward as all these drugs are made by big Pharma and the Dr's must be in on it. So throw out your heart pills, blood pressure pills, diabetes pills, insulin and anything else you take. Also if you have a heart attack you should not be using these fake Dr's and hospitals as they must be in on it.
Some people will have reactions and yes they will be investigated. But our methods have improved this in not the 1950's anymore
