Absolutely, and I am giving mine. Based on the CC of Canada, and the Ontario hunting regulations. Heck if the municipality forbids discharge in that area , he is a poacher. Should we now not report poaching?
Ok..., Dangerous Use, the offence you posted, is a CC offence (federal). Hunting is regulated by Provincial statutes. The definitions of “firearm” are not interchangeable. Why do you think you don’t need a Firearms Licence to have a bow ??Quote:
