The drunks....sorry the Irish also tried to invade Canada in the Fenian raids after the American Civil war in 1870 and most were killed or arrested when they fled back to the US after they had their hats handed to them. The IRA did nothing but blow up pubs and buildings......again not really an army IMHO, more of a terrorist cell. But in the end good prevailed and they are no longer other than a few scattered has-been's wasting away in pubs in Northern UK talking about the good ole' days - LOL.

.....and the US supplied arms to ISIS, and Canada supplied military vehicles to Saudi's - what's your point?
