Save your money. Travellers can't board commercial flights without proof of vaccination. An exception is made however if they are less than 12 years and 4 months old. :D

Thank-you Gilroy. I'd take you up on the generous offer but unfortunately I'm unable to leave the country. Kinda sorta the same for North Koreans wanting to travel abroad.
