You probably don't want to take the risk for a minimal money savings. If caught, you most likely will be arrested or fined.
The ammo is the same price as up here

He was buying boxes of 12 Gauge down there when they were on sale. Game loads were about $2 a box cheaper. Not a whole lot in the context of what was at stake, which is why he doesn't buy them anymore. He is however bringing back a Daisy Red Ryder for my son this year, since you can find them on sale down there for $19.99 sometimes.
