I am just waiting for women to get into it in a big way. Right now all shopping malls are designed and retailed to focus on one gender. Get more women into hunting and more shopping malls will have stuff for hunting and shooting. I can hardly wait ...
Now then, I am just waiting for the first of many exchanges that go like this.
Wife: "Honey, does this rifle match my pants?"
Husband: "Yes, of course it does."
Wife: "You're just saying that cause you want to get in the truck and go hunting. I am not going into the woods with a brown rifle if I am wearing green."
PAUSE
Wife: "Tomorrow I am going right down to Canadian Tire to get a proper rifle that matches my pants. And I just realized my boots don't match either."
PAUSE
Wife: "This hat is all wrong. I can't go out like this. What will happen if we see someone else. Why do I have to wear orange. This is an icky colour..."
By this time the husband is just a puddle in the carpet as he realizes that the new rifle he wanted is now way down the priority list that will continue to grow.
For me? I am investing in women's hunting apparell. It will be the next big market.
Gonna start x dressing are you D. Lol
Yea, gonna mix camo and plaid. My wife will roll her eyes and then ask the same question I have heard so many times...
"You're not going to go out dressed like that are you?"
My wife stopped saying that years agk.. I've walked into Walmart with my woodland pajama pants, red T-shirt, and mossy oak infinity boonie hat.
Kinda looked like this...
