But, with the election of Andrew Scheer as leader of the Conservative Party of Canada those of us that value free speech have a champion.
Yet the Liberals are attacking Scheer as a radical for supporting one of the most basic freedoms.
Admitted there are some funny or off colour ones like Menzies making some cracks about an aboriginal group trying to get a payout for a company using a boomerang (cultural appropriation). But they have also been down covering the illegals walking across the border and other stories that are definitely true but don't fit the agenda of the Liberals.
