Just a little interesting fact. The Ontario CFO's office is behind 1600 restricted transfers. 2 months ago they were processing 1200/week. They have people working Saturdays trying to catch up. Business transfers are taking 2 weeks +. Of course in Alberta it's 2 days tops. TCQuote:

We've had at least 2 cases back home where individuals were unarmed and in uniform and were killed.
One was a Park Ranger stopping to help what he thought was a stranded motorist inside a Park. He had no idea of the ongoing crime spree nor did the perp know that the Ranger was an unarmed Park Ranger, per his statement. He simply saw a uniform and immediately thought "cop" and murdered him in order to prolong his flight.
In this day and age it is ridiculous to be in uniform and unarmed.
Remember the fiasco over suggesting the CFs not wear their uniform in public because of the threat of attack?
What numb scull would run a government with a graduated threat level and yet have the very people that are expected to "protect," be in uniform AND unarmed and likely targeted also?
I home the UK comes to its senses soon.
