ahh forget it...
There's always an "ebb and flow" to outdoor forums. I doubt this is any different. There's an "ignore" feature to use with vexatious posters and trolls. Eliminating miscreants that deliberately cause trouble is very gratifying.
It's the interweb :silly:
Nice of you to ask. It has been about 9 weeks and still hard to walk and pain. Sleeping is hard. Still going to physio. I am able to get out with the dogs with 2 walking sticks. They say it takes a year for a full recovery. :(
I did quite well after about 3 1/2 months, used my crutches for only one week then used a cane.
I watched on the national news last week, in Toronto a doctor did a knee replacement on a patient, new developement in surgery, in and out of the hospital in 6 hours and walking with crutches.
The patient was interviewed and claimed he felt well with just a little pain.
Think I will have to look into this as I will have to have my other one done soon.
Sharon and I are old friends from way back (I think) - she knows what I was trying to get at - being an old timer I am used to certain phrases to get a point across - speaking of getting old - yesterday I broke down and bought hearing aids - they cost over $6000 - was getting to a point where I had a hard time listening what was being said on the TV - didn't hear the spring Peepers down at the pond or birds singing anymore - I hope I didn't make a mistake - without them things were nice an quiet but I was missing a lot - got the best they offered but boy didn't think that they would be that expensive - I'll have to make sure that I don't lose them - I'll tell you something - it ain;t any fun getting old - you start falling apart -
