While the police should be commended about handling the situation, let's not forget the other first responders who headed into a crime scene to deal with the aftermath. They didn't know if another attack was coming or not. The ordinary people who tried to help the victims and the doctor's and nurses, especially at Sunnybrook, need to be commended for handling the massive casualties as well.
