Just remember that except for the Victoria highlands and tasmania, it does not get near as cold as here in Canada. An outside kitchen at -20 could make the eggs a little hard before they even hit the pan.

If money was not a problem than I'd be going custom and get a build based on a Unimog:

Portal axles give you 18 inches of clearance and the flexible frame is better on uneven terrain than the rigid frames typical of most off-road vehicles.
This is good for Australian wether everything is accessible from outside ....
In Canada the temperature - wether is different so de requirement is to ....
Hard walls box for camper is required .... Only Campfire and the chair is needed outside ...
Ultra small gas fireplace and the lazy boy chair and a good size bed inside .....
Coller-freezer to store and stove to warm up the food and make a tea ....
Ultra small shower to clean ...
To rest and relax after hunt ....
And dryer to dry the wet clothing .... at end of the day.....
Sounds and looks like you've got a great little rig there! I did the camper thing myself a few years ago, but it was just too small for my wife n I and the dog. So, picked up an old trailer (cheap$) and rebuilt it. We have our cabin to spend most of our leisure time but we both love to get out in the boonies and camp.

Problem is that once you buy it, have it shipped from OZ to Canada, pay tax and duties. You still have to deal with the fact that the lightest one is 4600Lbs, and the largest is 6500lbs.
We need a serious offroad camper from a North American manufacturer.
Every offroad trailer( not a camper) I have seen that is made here has less room then a 5 X 6 garden/utility trailer. But cost over 8 grand.
