Thanks Mike pal. for letting me know that it comes with the licence on the back so I don't carry a printed copy too.
Well, according to the info in my first post, if you don't have a new card, a license summary will suffice. That being said, I would say that a confirmation number on it's own won't cut it. If you can't set up an account yourself and print at home, you can get a summary printed at Service Ontario offices that deal with MNRF licenses.
I got mine in the mail within two weeks as well. Unfortunately they screwed up and forgot to print the fishing portion of my licences. Sure enough on Dec 20 I get a letter saying I will recieve a new card with the correct licences printed on it in early January. Still waiting lol.
I renewed my card in January 2018, got a three year card, three year small game and three year fishing.
When the card came in the mail it had a expiration date of Dec 31 2019.
They charged me for 2017, 2018 and 2019.
They said they could not fix it. Sorry about your luck, please play again.
New card comes in the mail December of 2019 with an expiration date of Dec 31 2020.
Looks like they are having some problems with the new system.
Or your reputation precedes you. I had no problem, the right thing arrived in two weeks, after ordering on line.
Did mine in December and got new one 2 weeks later. Did it on line
Card arrived in this mornings mail expiry date 2022 I renewed it on Dec. 16/2019, yet I was told two days ago that it would be coming mid Feb.??? all is well now.
