That's what I said to my wife when she told me lol. I'm not sure how it all works for what ever reason they were not changed. Who knows if all your other paper needs to be done first ? I try to avoid them. I only know them through others lol. . We did give there kid a new school sweater we had last year. [emoji56][emoji106] we like to help the less fortunate I know he lived out of his car for a year or two .

Funny thing is this is rather common to keep from paying for license stickers and in some cases auto insurance.

Very interesting comment -so just because she is driving an US plate,some dumb wants to drive her off the road(perhaps causing bodily harm eventually)and it his her doing???......wow

If she's been living here since last fall she's a permanent resident or here illegally. So either she shouldn't have been here or had plenty of time to get her registration. Ontario law states new residents must register their vehicles and get a new license within 30 days of moving here. Therefore, any repercussions for not changing the registration are her own doing.

So it's fine to attempt to harm or kill someone. Sorry that's just Fu$$.

Yep-You are right.Every repercussion BY the Legal bodies of the Government.
If and when applicable.

Not repercussion by Johnny from the street!
Advocating or approving taking justice in citizens hands(any which Non Legal way-especially Violent ways) is something totally different.

It's not okay to harm or kill someone. It is also not okay and profoundly stupid to put yourself in harm's way when it can be avoided. This would have been easily avoided if the silly woman had followed the laws.

We don't know why she was here if she was attending School she would not need to change it I think the same applies for a work visa as well. When I first went to school in Ontario I did not change my license or anything.

She can be here legally for an extended stay for a number of reasons. Have family, own property, dual citizenship, school...…...

.....or be a Canadian citizen who's been living in the US and has come home with full authority to do whatever he/she needs to do for as long as they need to,fully intending to return to the US when finished and is driving an American bought and registered vehicle.. As such,there's no Ontario regulation or federal law that requires them to re-register their vehicle or change their driver's license under these circumstances. Anyone advocating taking law (assumptions,really,usually always wrong) into their own hands and acting like craven cowards need real serious prison time. No mercy.:scream:
