Told the wife and kids 3 days ago that an experiment will shock Ukraine. Wasn't the experimental missle I was expecting but one moving 3km per second that is unstoppable has their heads spinning.


I have always said it won't be nuclear to much fallout.

An emp attack tho is not out of the question. That's my opinion. Same devastation without the fallout or destruction of buildings. The loss of life would still be unimaginable over time.

When Biden said if he let's long range missles fly into Russia then it WOULD start ww3.
So did Biden start ww3 just in time for trump to deal with the mess? .

For those who predicted Trump to be in Putin's back pocket. My applause to you. I didn't see that coming. I just never thought I would see a US president be so friendly with Russia and so unfriendly to its allies. Everyone has their price I guess.

Someone had to talk to them there was no diplomatic ties in the Biden term . I see they don't like the shoe on the otherù foot . It's nothing they didn't do yet its OK for them and not the other way around.

The leader of turkey was with Zelensky and said that Russia would have to leave. Yet didn't he himself take land in Syria. Maybe he should practice what they preach and get out of Syria.

We could also let it drag on for years and let the Russians advance until someone comes to the table. Trump also mentioned that if he can make a deal with Russia and China for peace they would cut the military budget in half.. but that's just talk I dout they would cut it by that much. He also wants what's left of Ukraine's minerals 50%. Since Russia holds most of the natural resources it's going to leave Ukraine with nothing. When do they start paying back for that was given to them. Heck we lend them billions when do we see our returns start coming back?

It's not about returns. And perhaps that's the problem. If you only look at any issue with the idea that you need something out of it, then you will live lonely. Democracy first, in my opinion, should be the strategy. Once you lose your like minded friends to the other side, you will either be left to fight alone, or you will just accept the loss of your democratic rights. In the end if Ukraine falls or gets divided to the vultures, it won't be long before other dominoes fall the same way. I just thought the US had more integrity.

What makes a democracy?Who is deciding what is democratic,and who has a right to give or take democratic rights/achievements away?Based on what ?

How about -USAID interfering with happenings in many democratic countries(countless of them impacted are actually even allies).Interfering with elections ,financing carrier opposition characters(making a living from being opposition) to spread rumors and to hype up local population against the "we do not like them "democratically elected governments?
USAID did this with taxpayers dollars,just because certain interest groups did not like some of them democratically elected governments.
Then the "oh so democratic" EU- toppling democratic elections,threatening to do the same even in Germany(if need will be)or threatening Italy-we know the ways(if Meloni misbehaves=definitely she got the message ,judging how little she plays against the wind by now).

It will be some time before the word democracy regains its original meaning in the real world. Until remains a club to hit someone in the head with it..............

What was the Americans influence and involvement with Nuland and the 2014 elections in Ukraine. ?

Better yet what did the mainstream media say proir to 2022 ? Even cnn has a clip hidden in its archives that stated the Ukrainian regime is killing it own people. Yet we still blame Russia as the instigator. It was the people of Ukraine who had enough and wanted Russia to be involved more in 2014. Lots of nazi articles even back then by cnn, NBC,cbc, New York times, msnbc and so many more wrote about them.

Ps Zelensky promised in his campaign to end the conflicts not kill his own people's.

The dictator will be removed real soon his polls are weak and were weak when he canceled the elections.

Us aid isn't meant to disrupt destroy and protest against other countries and their people to change the outcome of foreign elections.

How many countries have been influenced from the us taxpayers dollars? That isn't a democracy its a paid influenced campaign run by the United States along with other countries.

Heck where does our media sit ? With the ones who pay them . They even make up and edit clips for their opponents to make them look bad. Too bad for them if they loose viewership let them eat cake if they want to push what their masters tell them.

Lets try then:

USAID and II WW.
This analogy is beside the point, who knows what would happen(almost 100 years since the Nazis took over !) The poeple's mindset -at that time,the media development(or lack of it)and mass access to it,and the overall feeling of historical injustice in the post WWI Germany makes this point moot.
However-if we think that "the influence "may changed the course of the history,is a nice thought.Saving 50 mil people's life even better.Hovewer-even then it would be open for discussion : who has a right to interfere(in the name of democracy)with democratically elected government ,IN the NAME of democracy.
What makes that: an oxymoron ?

China is a country with different history and mindset.We will never fully understand their ways of life.We can perhaps fantasize "what they would look like",but we will never know.One thing is for sure-China is a huge country ,and likely does not lose sleep over what some "bleeding souls" think about them.I think the smartest approach is to be pragmatic with them.
This reminds me-how pragmatic were all them "oh so democratic"actors 20-30 years ago,when they invested "on a never before seen scale" into China(for their own profit).At that time China was even "less"democratic.And that did not matter .The last time i looked-all them investment came from "democratic" countries.
What makes that- hypocrisy?

Russia and Belarus.Belarus-i am not sure,they are small potatoes,and pretty much irrelevant (except for those-who like fearmongering).They do what Russia says...
Russia-The last time they tried to be democratic(remember Yeltsin ...?) .The country was more or less "democratic"the same levels as today (it was too early after ousting the communists,to become "strong democratic country"anyway).Regardless- Yeltsin was a darling of many "democratic"governements and the media.Because-he opened the door for "take it all".Like it or not(agree or disagree with the level of current democracy in Russia)the current government does what a government for a country should stand for-their own interests.Looking at them from far,the people are quite OK with that.I do not think they also loose any sleep over what "bleeding hearts "call them.
What makes that-pragmatism?

I guess,,,,that was that.Start of a friendly and cordial exchange of opinions.

One thing to keep in mind: 4-600 years ago,the Europeans started to conquer the world(other nations from other continents did the same ,worldwide-smaller overall scale and success though-so no need to entirely feel bad about it).They did what the time in history was making them do.
Their motto was-spread the civilization .
Many nations wanished,many countries became colonies for hundreds of years....and ,some of the "oh so democratic "countries today ,are economically strong simply because they were "spreading the civilization",and made a strong economic base for today's financial wealth thru that.

Somehow nowadays the term "democracy" replaced the term "civilization".
