In case anyone finds themselves in the same position and is looking for someone to do septic pumping on hard to reach sites, I ended up calling McCrea Excavating / Poppa Milts, and they did the job with no issues. Reasonable price too.

Two points - in many other countries human waste is used to fertilize the fields - the other item - the worst enemy of a septic system is grease - I always wipe the dishes with a paper towel before I wash them so that I am not putting grease into the septic system - my system has been working for close to 50 years with no trouble
