Yup….there are many reasons that the US keeps a fleet in the Persian Gulf and has the base at Diego Garcia (Indian Ocean). I believe China’s energy is nearly all imported via tanker and most of it through the Strait of Hormuz. Easy choke point

If a shooting war ever came about the USA has already got bases set up in the Philippines. In almost any scenario I believe Japan would get involved and their would be an alliance with them and the USA, so probably bases to operate out of Japan.

Its funny how the CCP will bully Taiwan but don't try the same with the Samurai warriors, probably because Japan has the 4th largest military in the World by many estimates.
You would think China would have a big axe to grind with Japan over the WW2 history.

The only way China could take a war to American main land would be nukes and that they would never try .

I believe there is an Asian-version of NATO although perhaps not as integrated that would involve US, Japan, Australia, the Philippines, maybe Malaysia ? South Korea ?

Isn't the world already at war ?

Wars all over just some more tensions are about to break that's all.

Lebanon blasted back at Israel making it the biggest missle launch since 2006 . Isreal is not sure what to do now because it doesn't want an "all out war" while it bombs another country. Sooner than later they will get past their iron Dome seft defense systems. It just needs to be overloaded with bombardment.

The Chinese or Russians may not resort to using nukes (unless Putin uses tac-nukes in Ukraine) because a couple of subs off their coasts could literally wipe them off the map in under 30 minutes. The concerns are whack job puppets like Kim Jung Il or the Iranian regime. I believe when WW3 starts,they'll be the ones behind it.

If that is the case the War will be over very quickly, the USA with help of German engineers after WW2 have developed these weapons and refined them and also counter measures.

North Korea and Iran are very new to this game and I am sure they can launch but how on target will they be and how many will get through.

While they are coming to this realization a quick look up will tell them they made a fatal mistake.

It will be much different than last world War new tech has changes so much its changing the way of war. It's not going to be a close combat game.

China basically said phat chance of leaving Taiwan alone. They are currently do live drills off the coast

Canada just sent a military plane for surveillance off North Korea for the next 6 weeks. Waste of money of there they would never call or go to war. They know it would be a death sentence they are not interested in starting anything we saw that when Trump was around.

Usa I heard was starting to arm Taiwan further escalating the tensions.

Xi jinping says it's "wishful thinking" if anyone tries to stop him.

Personally I don't think we would sanction China the same as others. Who crossed the line. My father inlaw does but I don't think they would. We rely to much on them and if we stopped trade with China then what? We get nothing?

I heard an old usa president once said they needed to stay out of the eastern wars as it would just drag them down. We see that happening.
