I think it is a bit early in the analysis to state that his votes in Parliament were the reason he won the 13-round leadership race. He started out in 2nd place, I would think with that broad support there would be a myriad of reasons behind it.
I guess Erin O'Toole was kingmaker, in that just under half of his votes went to Maxime, and just over half went the Andrew, getting him that 2% to win.
Either way it went down, there was going to be a seasoned veteran elected, no?
