Interesting article in yesterday's Toronto Sun.
pg. 18 Sun Comment; " " Real ways to fight gun crime "
Here are a few sentences from the article.
Banning handguns in Toronto and across Canada, "it's also impractical, simplistic and counter -productive which distracts from real world solutions those include;
Bolstering police forces when it comes to fighting gun crime as On. Premier Doug Ford has done by earmarking $25 million to fight urban gun crime.
Tougher penalties for gun crime including mandatory minimum sentences.

Reinstate a workable form of street checks [aka carding] because gathering intelligence from the public is one of the most important functions of policing. :goodstuff:

Well, ain't that a fine howdydo , there are other people out there that are for carding including those that live in Toronto , not just the few on this site/ forum.

Another thing that has not changed, your opinion is correct all others are wrong.........if they don't agree with you!

But of coarse you will post 5 maybe 6 paragraphs explaining how it is that you are correct and all others are wrong unless of coarse they agree with you, which has yet to happen with both of your accounts.

Hopefully the moderators now can do something about him, one as we can see, has him in his sights.

This is actually quite interesting to me. The abuse that JBen used to regularly dish out to other members on this forum was appalling and one of the reasons I basically became inactive on this forum and barely ever read it anymore. If that was the case with me, how many other members were soured from this forum because of a negative user whose basic manners towards others are an embarrassment at best?

Overall, this is a great site for people who want to share opinions and discuss many different topics in a respectful manner. I hope disruptive users with their own agenda will actually be managed accordingly. Thank you for posting the above. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I would like the mods to follow the rules :o , and insist others do the same. Or why have them?:confused:
