And yes I will be there.
Hopefully everyone can be there for breakfast tomorrow at 10:00
Logan and I are going rabbit hunting afterwards in Marlborough Forest, if anyone would like to join.
Count me in and that would be a great double header !!
Another successful OOD Breakfast 'meet and greet'...a good turnout and nice to see a few new faces. Thanks for getting this one organized GW !!
How did you and Logan make out hunting after ?
Logan and I went in off Paden road. We did see a few rabbits. The first one was in dense brush and I saw it going several times but couldn't really get a bead on it. The second rabbit was on the move, Logan took off after it it but we lost sight of it. I showed him different tracks Deer, Coyote. We saw a white Ermine I think thats what it was. Also seen to of the largest porcupines I have ever seen.
We also came about a pile of pine cones piled neatly in the branch's of a small tree. I'm guessing a squirrel has piled his food source right beside it.
Great seeing everyone. Sorry I could not get out for a hunt with you.
A little late. Thanks for setting up the breakfast. I had mentioned that I'd share a link to some maps of Lanark County forests. What I've found on this page is that if you select Lanark County Forests in the layers box, it highlights a bunch of OTHER forest areas that might be worth exploring. Have fun!

Thanks for that link..greatly appreciated.
I know we also talked about the Limerick Forrest, but that link doesn't show it very well. If you go to this link you can see the area better. It's divided into north and south and has lost of access trails.
Lots of the trails aren't used during Hunting season and will take you well off the beaten path. Some great hunting back there.
