Yep,Quebec has a lot of natural resources,but,like Ontario,have been (up until Ford kicked the libtards to the curb) too dogmatically and politically inept to use them. Besides,Ontario (for now) and Quebec carry 80% of the national debt. The Americans will scoop Alberta and Saskatchewan for food and fuel.
