My wife has friends in Ottawa she just chatted with. It’s apparently not as peaceful as some might think. If you are wearing a mask you are harassed and intimidated. The feces and urine is real, they have witnessed it first hand. They’re fed up and want the truckers to leave. They’re also fed up with the lack of response from the police. This weekend should be the straw that breaks the camels back. Looks like there’s going to be some counter protests involving ordinary citizens and some Doctors and Nurses. It’s a recipe for disaster.
The media is problematic, both sides of it. Rebel and rumble, Facebook etc. are easily as responsible for misinformation as the cbc. Trust your family doctor.Quote:

Their story has been told. We know where they stand, I think all of Canada knows where they stand. I think we partially agree with the truckers. We are tired of the mandates. I think they shot themselves in the foot and lost some respect when they demanded change and refused to leave if they weren’t listened to.Quote:

. Halifax doctor said he is more concerned from influenza and rsv than covid in that group.
But here we are trying to vaccinate every man woman and child.
