Dont think so, change the drone to a guy in a car parked in front of your house. You may not like it, but it does not give you any right to go damage his car.

I know where someone's drone is that they lost. It's in the Ganaraska Forest hanging about 60' up a tree with no branches for the first 20' at the top of a 80' ridge. It's been there since Thanksgiving Weekend. From the ground using binos,it looks like a fairly expensive unit. The Black Bear season ended last week and the black powder Deer hunt ends today and the entire Forest is now closed to all motorized vehicle use,so,it should be very quiet. I'm heading into the Forest on Monday for Grouse. If it's still hanging up there,I'm taking my climbing gear and a buddy and bringing it down. I'll let you know if it works out.
I load of #6 grouse shot would make it come down faster.
