Will you expect the sport shooting community to have your back when "high powered sniper rifles" are next on the ban list or will you still be preaching about the "greater good"?

That's right,they're far less than the potential risk,already heavily restricted,so,why bother with further restrictions? Would it make something that's already illegal,more illegal? That makes no sense whatsoever and while we're at it,your term of "civilian assault rifles" is flat-out BS.

You standard was ".......has killed a man". Everything I listed has killed a man, as well as women, boys and girls.

Confiscating firearms from licensed and responsible owners won’t change crime stats. In fact it could make them worse. If it truly was about safety then alcohol should be banned. There is no biological reason to consume alcohol. It destroys far more lives and kills way more than guns. It’s political. Nothing else.
