Bears being timid does not seem to be a problem up my way,I have them on trail camera within 200 yards of the roadway which is little traveled.Managed the other day to pick up a two 5 kilo containers of Molasses for $5.00 a piece from Club Warehouse, the containers were
expiring on the 20th Jan 2020 so got them for half price.
I have never really been real interested in bears or bear meat and my main motivation is predator control as I know these guys take fawns and calf,s given half a chance. It will be interesting to try a few recipes for the bear meat,I am also within driving distance of Ralph,s butcher shop in Norwood..
