Anybody who wishes to research some of the reasons why we see violent demonstrations in the USA for instance only need's follow the trials of scores of white police officers being convicted for unlawfully killing numerous black citizens. Then you can add onto that the recent trials of white citizens feeling emboldened to kill black citizens because they felt they had a right. Now that they are locked up in jail they are not so smart. Adding fuel to the fire was a racist President in Donald Trump who also emboldened the far right with inflammatory comments .

Back on topic I have "POLICED" IN HUNDRES OF DEMONSTRATIONS mostly I would say LEFT LEANING, buy many anti fur, anti some government, anti global, YOU NAME IT I HAVE BEEN THERE.

But in 99% of even these left wing demonstrations there was no violence, as in OTTAWA, COUTTS,

But those demonstrations were generally over in a hour or two.

With what is happening right now the "genie is out of the bottle" and folks like YOU have supported this.

So even if these folks were remotely successful and changed the Government, do you not think the opposition will then not use the same tactics if they do not get their own way in the future ?

I'm not even sure at the moment Gilroy of what the party even really stands for anymore after Erin adopted Trudeau's style of authoritarian leadership. I'll reserve judgement until their new leader and policies are announced but safe to say anything that goes against the worst P.M.in history gets my full support.

The difference between you and me Bush I have real life experience of demonstrations, who takes part in them and how they behaved.

The opposition as you put it did not in the past behave in this co ordinated attack on Democracy affecting so many innocent citizens.

There will be a political price to be paid, we shall see in the end who pay's the piper.

In the meantime the TAXPAYERS which I hope includes all of us on here will be footing this bill in one way or another.

I want HONESTY from their platform.

How many immigrants are you Conservatives going to allow into Canada?
