How many times has the franchise brought in a new "team" to rebuild the "team". How many times have the fans pinned their hopes, gotten excitedf by or on the new white knight/savior be it GM, coach, manager, etc.

If they get impatient, they're doomed. If they stay the course, draft well (get lucky) and manage to be able to attract top talent there is hope in 3 or 4 years they'll be competitive. To win the Stanley Cup, however, without a Number 1 Center, top D-man and good goalie, highly unlikely.Quote:
