While there are more accidents on the roads due to volume. They are patrolled regularily. Drivers are tested and penalties hurt. If not points, insurance alone goes up a lot for speeding tickets these days. And as mentioned, the roads were patrolled in force this weekend, as all LWs are...the Lakes not so much, and it's there we find people flying around, being idiots, drinking, and less severe (over loaded tin cans, canoes.....)not unlike turning people loose in playgrounds with cars.
How ow many threads do we see about declining Walleye stocks..........dozens!!!!! The law is the law, would anyone expect to be let off if they forgot their licence at home, their bailing bucket, or PFD....
