When you look at American politics it seems sexual relations of some sort are the norm and acceptable--right up to presidents.

The sad part is, no crime was commited. I dont understand the problem, guy picks up drunk girl at bar asks her back to his place, she accepts offer. He asks her to join him in his bedroom, she accepts, he asks her to give him head, she accepts. After a period of time she feels embarrassed and wants to call it quits for the night. He accepts to call it a night and gives the drunk woman a ride home. Where's the problem? What is sexual misconduct when your in your own home with a consenting adult. This is not a crime, this is not sexual assault. I think some of these women need to be sued for personal damages when they were consenting adults both mutually participating in adult activity.
We got to see what happens when gold diggers don't get what they want, then set out to screw someone over with the Gomeshi trial. Those two women should be punished IMO. I'm sure his settlement from th CBC was good chunk. Its getting pathetic really......

No allegations have been proven yet. However, the fact they were working for him should really tell you enough. A sober man (Brown doesn't drink) should not be trying to take sexual advantage of an intoxicated young woman who works for him. Period.

We can say the same about the woman, she shouldn't have ever got drunk with her boss, so really who's the responsible one here and what kind of credibility do you carry when your drunk, zero! And how many men take home drunk woman from a bar, is that something new????

1. Making a bad decision to get drunk with your boss doesn't give your boss an invitation to begin an unwanted sexual advance.

2. The woman is responsible for consuming too much alcohol at a work function. She should have gotten a talking to the next day at work about it at the most; not an alleged sexual advance by her boss.

3. Men taking a drunk women home from the bar isn't anything new. However, most of those men aren't a young woman's boss at a work function. The way you are describing what allegedly happened sounds like they were both at a college party and things got a bit out of hand. That isn't the case at all.

What you call grasping at straws, I call judging a person's actions by basic human decency. If Brown's staffer was as intoxicated as she claims, the right thing to do is call her a cab and see that she gets home safely. Not invite her to your house. That is what should have happened. Instead, if her reports are accurate, he preyed on a young woman who worked for him and who may not have been able to make legal decisions for herself.
