Blaze orange vest question

is there a way that we can get blaze orange on the deer? that way we can see the deer further away, and shoot them easier...
or maybe yellow.. or something.. neon green? with flashing lights.. and a target on the boiler room?

That was basically the debate back when orange was being brought in, if I can recall correctly.
I was sure I read an ood issue back around that time that showed stats reflecting ontario having much better gun accident hunting record than those provinces or states that had the requirement.

A number of years ago and animal rights group did exactally this, I think it was collars (someone feel free to correct me). A local hunting store offered a reward for each returned collar, if memory serves me they were all returned:)

You are correct. I remember this as well. If memory serves the law regarding hunters orange was changed to blue for one season. All the orange was returned.
