The police have a better chance of getting with this action by using the fear for their lives...as opposed to a homeowner.. that was my point. Not a political statement. For the record, I believe in firearms rights without restrictions for defence of property and life. If that happens, you can always hold them at gunpoint until police arrive. It is called common sense and moral stance with legal rights...something you do not have right now. I want the choice to be in control of my property, my destiny and the efforts of my lifes work. Having the right is the problem (you don't), exercising that right is your choice. We have no choice to that right, right now.Quote:
