Atoned4, every hunting technique can be criticized by those that don't partake in those techniques. Critics of stalking will say, you can easily ruin a fellow hunters hunt by spreading your scent all over their stand location. We can go round and round with claims of unethical behaviors.
Remember, sucessful hunting results in something dying, to which a portion of the population will never agree is ethical. Sucessful hunting is every hunters goal and for the most part, is what all hunters try to do legally under their own ethics.

Driving game to other hunters has been a method of hunting since prehistoric times. Not sure how much more traditional you can get.

Go up to the big bush in northern ON and try this. You might never see a deer.

Also, drives have been a thing since the first two cave men decided to hunt together.

I have seen Wolves that know there are people hunting, circle around Caribou and push them. Killer Whales in the Antarctic have worked side by side with whalers back in the hand thrown Harpoon days.
Magpies flying around and sitting in trees above Grouse in the bush. Those Magpies were better then having a Pointer.
It's not just two people.
