Use whatever firearm you want as long as it is legal, but you may have some explaining to do if you get stopped, and you probably will get stopped. I mean if hunters and sportsman are bashing the use of these legal guns what are the tree-huggers and anti-gun folks going to say. Why are we not sticking together on the use of a legal hunting tool. Although some cops may not know every gun on the market and whether it falls into prohibited, restricted and non-restricted class, if you carry your registration I am pretty sure that they are all capable of reading. A lot will have to do with your attitide towards them as well. Some of you guys probably would love my moose rifle. Browning A-Bolt, matte finish, black synthetic stock, camo sling, with harris bi-pods attached to front swivel with a ballistic drop sheet on one side and windage adjustment on the other. And if that doesnt sit right with you my grouse gun is a 10-22 matte finish, oversized bull barrel (.920), red dot scope, black sling, hogue rubberized stock, complete with trigger job, extended mag release and a 20 round extended magazine. Although I shouldnt have to explain myself the magazine is so I don't fumble with those little mags when getting off the ATV and trying to load with gloves on while the grouse is walking away.
