Hey guys, so for some reason, my printer isn't printing my tag unless I screenshot it. Apparently , according to my email reply after telling this to the mnr, printing off of a screenshot is not acceptable.
I asked what do I do now then?

What was wrong with the old system?
If you login into your account you can actually still download the PDF, at least I can.
