So to the original OP he should know full well that the Province's are responsible for health care and its associated costs. I will spell it out really ,really slowly for the OP as I know he has problems OHIP stands for ONTARIO HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN.

So the Prime Minister is picking up the tab for the vaccine that cost should be borne by the Ontario Government.

Once again we see the Liberal values of caring for the population of the whole country.
