Nice job....well done, I on the other hand did not get out once. Instead I focused on shooting more regularly
Nice, I didn't get shooting at all....I think I'll bring a 12g to the cottage this weekend and pattern a couple different loads... this will be my first year hunting turkey, so I'm pretty pumped. It was tough to accept that my hardwater season was done....until I realized a new season was so close:)Quote:

You bet....I'd love to get out for some spring chrome or salmon in the summer. I may offer up a walleye and top water smallie trip this summer on here for a salmon trip on the big O:)Quote:

You spend 9 hours jigging then five minutes before you leave you get this unexpected bite and you screw it up. Man I feel like crying sometimes. lol.
Hopefully I can go out a few more times.
The only thing I can say wasn’t good this year was all the days with strong gusting wind from the South, South east. Some days were nasty out there with minimal to no action.
I hear ya DH, lol....all day for a couple min of action.....that yiu know could arise at any time.....and then........miss the Hookset...lol. it happens to the best of us. Some of the days I was out, I was worried about the breakdown tent time of the day...luckily I still have my hut in one piece.
If I get my new to me boat this year.... I will take you up on that offer...Quote:
