9th circuit court of appeal and 2nd amendment ruling

Seems the state does have some power on the right to bear arms. Guess we will see what the Supreme Court will say.

I doubt they will see too much unless the Supreme Court backs it up. Just found it an interesting read.

The 9th circuit court is one of the most liberal courts in our country - it is also the court that has the most decisions reversed - this ruling won't stand up when reviewed by the U. S. Supreme Court - I'm not worrying about this decision - Americans will never give up their guns - no matter what the law saids - we value our freedom too much - America's are the freest people in the world - by the way - the 2nd amendment also protects the right to have ammo for the guns

Yet it amazes me that people up here let the government run roughshod over their rights and freedoms like mindless sheep and hang on to every word that comes out of truedopes mouth. Very sad situation we have up here sad indeed.

Nothing at all weird about USA. Land of the free, home of the brave.
What's weird is how you think taking guns away from law abiding licensed, trained gun owners will stop gun crimes.

Banning guns from licensed owners has done nothing what so ever to stop gun crimes.

I’d agree with you that the 9th more liberal in their interpretation of the law. See, we can agree on somethings.
