That's a long way from what the Defence lawyers wanted, they were asking for probation ..HaHa..
I wonder what Vegas has for odds on his longevity in prison...
I'm sure he will be kept isolated from the general population - otherwise it was a death sentence
15 years good behaviour. CNN is trying to rile up the team.
Yep,CNN is being their usual rabble-rousing jacka**es. What they don't say is that that's the earliest he can up for parole. No wonder CNN viewership is completely in the tank. They're now in real danger of financial collapse..............which can't happen soon enough.
I haven't put the TV on yet today....have they started they're early Xmas shopping yet in the blue states?
I just can't get my head around all this. I'm don't think Chauvin woke up that morning and said I'm gonna kill me a black guy today. Now he's in jail with what may be a life sentence for a few minutes of indiscretion. I'd want to know if he did have an attitude towards blacks or minorities and the only way anyone would know that would be to talk to his fellow officers. They would have had private and off-the-cuff locker room conversations over time that would indicate his attitude or personality.
Either way, its not a good time to be in law enforcement.
