First of 2022
Got to the farm and setup just after 4:30 pm...... I was watching the big bush on my left but kept an eye over my right shoulder. After about 10 minutes a coyote pops out of the small ravine on my right side. He somehow managed to appear about 30yds from the ravine without me noticing him.
Once I spotted him, I shifted over and he saw my movement. He was staring at me for a good 10 seconds trying to figure out what I was. He decided to turn back toward the bush where I yelled out a WOLF sound to get him to stop. I took the 70 yd shot rather quickly. At the shot he spin once and ran back into the ravine he came out of. I played the caller for another 10 minutes before going to look for him. Once the set was over and I went to pick up my caller I noticed the blood trail right away. He went about 50 yds before piling up. Nice to finally put one down. Enjoy the pics....

I enjoy reading your coyote hunting posts and looking at your pictures. Keep it up!

So when you put your caller out do you sneak out or just set it out and head back to you hide
Then when do you start to call and for how long you sit
