So we know it works. We know it has side effects. We know getting covid carrie’s a higher risk of effects than the vaccine. Is the only reason some people refuse to get the vaccine purely based on skepticism, or is it a time/data thing? Are some still believing a nefarious government plot? We will eventually reach an endemic stage and hopefully the virus becomes even less potent. Maybe some are riding it out cautiously until this point. The experimental aspect of the vaccine comes up, maybe this causes alarm? But the science on mRNA dates back to the early 1990’s. I’m hopeful we are approaching the end. Their are hints of it getting better with the scientific data. At the same time I think the majority of media outlets know the end is coming and they are still hyping stories to get more views/responses. Don’t buy into it. I’m hopeful we will be back to normal soon.

- It doesn't work at all to prevent transmission, only lessens the severity.

We know it has side effects.
- but not all of them or the frequency of them. Both governments and manufacturers are not making it easy to gather or publish this information.

We know getting covid carrie’s a higher risk of effects than the vaccine.
- Yes, for old people and those with comprimised health.
- Generally not so for younger healthy people. Again, access to the information on vaccine side effects severity or frequency is still very poor. I personally know of two people who were otherwise health who had strokes (caused by blood clots) within days of receiving a shot. One recovered fully. The other is screwed for life.

- Yes, mRNA has been around for decades and has not previously been used in widely distributed vaccines. Why? Because its not effective and it has potential for very serious side effects.

Mrna dates back a while but the latest report in 2018 before the virus said it was not ready for public use nor should it be used in healthy individuals.

What was done to better this in the year leading up pandemic? Lots of side effects are still unknown we only know the few instant ones. Takes years to discover many of them.

The who top scientist just said there is no evidence that healthy kids and adolescent need a booster. Evidence also showed they were at little risk before the shots. But keep taking them for the great good I guess.


The European medical experts just said repeatedly giving boosters could actually decrease the level of protection.

When you realize you have been played then the gig is up.

There are warnings of auto immune diseases from the shots but that is going to take some time to discover. It was also published in the 2018 study as part of the side effects.

What's wrong with waiting for the science and data to come out before pushing it on the lower risk groups.

We had about 15 thousands deaths the year with and without vaccines in Canada. Every time the shots go out the cases spike even during thw off season.


I have a feeling they will be pulled in a short time.

Some anti vax people may be looking out for themselves by being very careful to not get Covid.
And if they don’t they are better off then someone who Got Covid or got a vaccine.

Yes we are trying to avoid it . Just because we don't have the vaccine it doesn't mean we are trying to get it .

We are still respecting the rules have limited parties have gone to some and choose not to do others .

May have had it the beginning of the year doctor said to wait 14 days after we were better to get an antibody test done. Next week we should know if we had it.

Yes, unless I’m seeing it wrong. The numbers show the vaccine preventing serious illness in hospital versus the unvaccinated.
