Would love to see everyone's deer stand setup!
Hello everyone, the controlled hunt is almost here! Those of you bow hunting are already out there as well.
Thought I'd start a thread for everyone to post their blinds/stand setups ... how you brush them in , surroundings etc. Always curious to see other people's way of brushing in stands or creating their own. I usually use burlaps around trees and throw some logs dead trees etc infront of it best I can.
This months mag actually shows a really nice way to build a ground blind with trees too like bushcraft shelters almost
. I'm thinking I'm gunna set something like that up in the spring next year. Anyways heres some pics of mine for this year. The roof still needs to get on there and I have some pine branches im gunnabbe laying hanging down the front.
. To the right of my stand is a little swampy area with high grass and some apple trees. Lots of main trails as well infront of me and to my left. Going up on Sunday to pull some cams and put my auto feeder up too.
