Failure to print

I just printed a new summary with new Turkey license,antlerless deer and moose draw entry. Everything printed except the turkey tag. Has anyone else had the same issue? How do I fix it?

Hi Trimmer. If your MNR account states that you printed your tag but you actually didn't then your best bet is to go to a Canadian Tire outlet and they will contact MNR by phone and then do a tag print for you. At least I think this is what I remember hearing.

X2 Canadian Tire. My had trouble with my deer tag last year. They called the MNR and I had to sign a declaration and it was printed right there.

Thanks guys. Our local CT's aren't connected to OMNRF data systems. I'll call a couple of local shops. Failing that,I'll take a quick trip to Peterborough. What a huge PITA. Wouldn't you think by now all the bugs would be worked out?

The CT store in Port Perry is connected. I've picked up my tags there before. Don't know if it's closer for you or not...

You do not need to go to a license retailer — just call the MNRF yourself, done it a few times when it’s bugged out on me and not printed. Not sure why everyone thinks you need to go to a CT or other store when all they do is call the same number you would.

As Tom says - Services Ontario. Same place you get your Health Card and your Drivers License renewed.

Happened to me the first year they went digital and I had to go to SAIL to have them reprint. It was new to them so they had to call the MNRF so it took a while and was a pain. Pretty ridiculous system to avoid people reprinting and making duplicates of tags, considering if you wanted to you could print as many as you'd like on the first printing.. of course there's also the fact that photocopiers exist.
