We created a couple more raspberry beds for 2 more varieties (Anne & red mammoth). Also prepped for a couple more fruit trees.
All my pruning of existing trees and shrubs was done a month ago. I'm excited for grapes this year. Last year my vines put on some great growth, hopefully they will fruit this year.
Garlic beds are looking good. I planted 150 bulbs last fall. They're all about 5-6" tall now.
Blueberry bed was amended with more acidifier and some fertilizer to give it a good kickstart.
My peppers I started late February and they've bulked up nicely. Nice thick stalks and about 6" tall. Tomatoes were started 2 weeks ago and are about 2" tall.
My over wintering beds of spinach, onions, carrots and oregano did great and is still producing like crazy.
It looks like it will be a long growing season this year and I'm looking forward to it.
