The Big LIe

For years we have been told that diversity is good - this thought was shoved down our throats - diversity - diversity - that's all that we heard - well we are now reaping this misconception - now we have all kinds of cultures clashing with each other - our country is divided because of diversity - it is common sense if you have a country that is made up of all kinds of cultures there is going to be problems - it weakens a country - when hard times come the country will be split apart from each group looking out for themselves - there is a thin covering over the problems that exist - Jewish vs Arab - gay vs straight - pro abortrion vs pro life - rich vs poor - communist vs capitalist - green energy vs fossil fuel - the list goes on - do you think these groups are going to work together to solve big problems - they ain't - that's why it is predicted that America will destroy itself from within -

Here lies the problem Joe. You constantly say you live in a country that has gives you great rights and freedoms however it seems from your observation those righhts and freedoms are about to destroy your country.

No - what I'm saying is that letting a large number of immigrants into this country that have a culture completely different then what is "American" only causes discourse - often times the culture that they bring with them directly clashes with the native culture - the point I was trying to make is that diversity - as it was being sold - hurts a country - it divides the population - we see that in so many areas right now - some of these differences create not only animosity but out right hate -

Joe is absolutely right. We only need to look at our own country to see what a catastrophic failure "diversity" has become.

Damn right. Letting all those Irish in the the 19th century just ruined America. You give the Chinese good jobs building a railroad and they stay and open restaurants. Then those dang Italians and their greasy salami. Same with the Poles. Don't even talk the the Jews. They write backward.

The words of the Statue of Liberty are: "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Did they run out of room before the part that says "but only if you are white, speak English and worship the baby Jesus" or did the engraver get tired. He was probably Italian anyway.

My family ( German Hessians) came here in 1776 to fight with the British in the American Revolution. As you know , they lost and hurried to Canada where they received land in Prince Edward County. We are all immigrants.

So who's native Joe? Are you truely native or did your immigrant culture clash with existing native culture. Can't have it both ways. you created the same problems for others as the ones coming in are creating for you. Basic pot calling the kettle black. If America/Americans truely practice what they preach thing would be better for all but as long as you believe freedom for me and screw everyone else than yes your country is going to pot faster than watching ice melt in August.

OK,let's talk about the Elephant in the room for moment,shall we? It's all well and good to state that,at some point,immigrants came to America mostly from Europe where the predominant ethic was caucasian Judeo-Christian/Roman Catholic. That was a virtually universal common denominator save African slaves brought here as captives (a whole other issue we'll set aside,for now). The inconvenient truth being ignored is that the vast majority of immigrants being allowed into the country virtually unvetted are coming from Muslim countries where the avowed ethic is "death to the infidel". Now,I'm sure most liberal-minded people don't quite grasp the concept that that includes most of them,too. Isn't that akin to allowing the Coyotes into the sheep barn?
