This is the 5th year he has come to the camera.... I picked up both his sheds from last season and one antler off of him 2 years ago... Would really like to get a crack at him this season... He is a tank...

How can you be certain it's the same deer?
Location, Growth of deer, brow tines, shape of antler, shed antlers...Quote:

How often is he returning to the site? # Days/weeks in between sightings? use your trail cams to help you determine if there is some sort of pattern with his visits. Check the days , times, temp, moon phase, from your pics. Determine days between visits, and if the frequency of his visits increase or the time of the visits are closer to daylight hours(Legal shooting time) then that will help you determine where you are in the "rut" phase.
This should help you determine time of day you may want to hunt the stand.
