was talking to a gun smith. Asking what's a good deer/ coyote rifle..
he said 270 and higher. When I asked him about 243 calibre he told me it was a barrel eater.
would need a new barrel in about 1500 rounds and if I used 120 grain then earlier?
then I asked him stailnless or blue moly barrel. He said stailnless heats up to fast the only great thing about it I will rust but not as fast as blued.he also said that stainless barrel slips in very fold temps..
What's getter stainless or blued and why?
any body hear this?
