New title earned!
Well, it happened: my Burly dog just earned her Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) title in obedience today. She had the highest score in her class so got a first place rosette and an embroidered towel as a trophy, that score was the last pass she needed to get her new CDX title so she was awarded a New Title rosette, AND she was the highest scoring Veteran in the trial, so earned another rosette and another embroidered towel. All this loot came from just one trial! She will be eleven years old two weeks from today. I think she's just such a trooper, way to go Burly a.k.a.

Up next? One more pass to get her Senior Hunter title, and then perhaps we'll dabble in some Rally Obedience when the snow flies. Gotta keep the old girl happy and healthy!
