Confused.. It says that the phone line opens August 18... 2013.... But the top of the form says surplus tags 2014

Call the MNR and ask why we were told that after pool one is drawn that if there are extra tags they go to pool two.Have a friend that is calling regarding surplus tags in 29 for bow.
Unsure if this is how it works... But did your group get a tag? The p1 guy in our group got a tag.. The p2 guys did not.. So maybe once your group gets a tag the while group is removed from the draw?
