I could be wrong, but I am darn sure I am NOT...Family troubles to follow.
OK Over Christmas, I was talking to people at family get together. One thing that came up was that my sister-in-law has Purple Martin houses at her place, and they have to deal with Starlings. After being told that the starlings where being shot by a person that is not licensed to hunt. :scream: I informed the sister-in-law that they live in a no-discharge area. She says that the by-law does not matter, and that a CT air gun is all that is being used.
I tried telling her that the By-law does matter, and that a person has to be a licensed hunter to shoot the starlings because they are not doing any damage to her property or livestock( they have no livestock). I even tried to show her the sections that says that, but her and her husband just said the laws didn't mean anything.
Now just how close are they to the next house? Well her Brother-in-law has had to come over and replace/fix siding on a couple houses because holes have been shot in the vinyl siding.
If I am wrong please tell me.
