Alright, this is a tough one for me.
I have a vault full of really nice stuff but the gun that actually sees the most use right now is my 16g Citori Feather lightning. It get's out at least twice a week during bird season. What is your "GOTO" gun?

That's a tough one, i have a few favourites including a Winchester 101 pigeon grade and an inherited Verney-Carron O/U. For me it will have to always be the newest one in the cabinet, right now that is a .375 H&H CZ 550.
I still use my Dad's old JC Higgins Model 20VR skeet 12ga 2 3/4" for upland and small game every time I get out. It's 50 years old and still in "as new" condition. It can outperform virtually all the new shotguns from Remington to Browning, hands down, except I can't use steel shot. If I was to sell all my gear, this would be the last one out the door.....maybe.....or it would sit in the rack until the day I get planted.
If it can't take steel and you like the gun I would look at Bismuth instead. If you don't need non toxic too often it's cheaper than buying another gun you don't really want.
For hunting, my favorite is a newer Win M70 Extreme Weather Stainless Steel in 30-06. It is light, dependaple and very accurate with handloads. I like that it is all stainless and has a synthetic stock, so I am not overly worried taking it out in the rain or snow. It's the one I always grab when the pressure is on (which has been the case for the last two deerless seasons).
For pure shooting pleasure, my favorite is my 257 Ackley Improved. It was built on a Mauser 96 action and has a laminated Boyd's stock, Timney trigger and Douglas barrel. It's a heavy beast, but it's accurate, it looks pretty nice, and is nice to shoot due to the low recoil and weight. I bought the gun in a partially built state and had it completed. Since it is a wildcat chambering, I have to handload for it, which also adds to the sense of satisfaction when I take it shooting.
I'm not much of a shotgun guy, but I have a few. My new favorite is a plain old Remington 1100. It's not as versatile as my Remington 870 supermag, and I don't take it out in all weather conditions, but I like the look and feel of it. I started hunting with a Remington 1100, so even though this is not the same gun, there is some nostalgia there.
Favorite hhmmm I guess my model 94 30-30 just because it was my great grandfathers and all generations from him to me have hunted with it and killed something with it and my sons will be next. However after taking many moose ,deer and a few bear with it I have put it away until my sons are old enough to hunt with it.
My fav gun would also be, Grandpa's model 94. 30-32 special.
The only gun I shot all season was my 20g CZ. Makes me want an Ugartechea. But first, I'll have to learn to pronounce it.
Hard to pick just one. You never forget your first, so I'd have to with my 870 purchased when I was I was in high school in the mid eighties. I seldom use anymore but lots of fond memories and has taken more game than I can count. They were different times back then. I remember always having that behind the seat of my 85 Dodge Ram along with beer and a sleeping bag, which were all essentials to bring to school back in the day for extra curricular activities!
