I went and brought my gear after dinner....it was hot, I sat in the truck and waited until dark.... Nothing flew....Quote:

got two but it took almost the entire day. very few flying, I think they spent the day at the beach cooling off lol.
Thats good you got two maybe start hunting the beach lol
Had a good opener, short morning hunt until 9am and ended up with 16. Went out after work and shot a limit of doves..
Not yet, I'm heading out tomorrow. A buddy of mine didn't have any luck yesterday bit is doing fairly well so far today. Must be the temperature difference.

ill be out in the morning at a blind on a pond. Only found one field with a few geese in it and there's already guys hunting it.
don't have too high of expectations, but with my limited time frame and the rain holding out I'll take what I can get. I have shot a few early geese here in the past so here's hoping!!
